We want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened perfume in its original luxury box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
